How do I know if the produce I am buying is really organic?
Look for this seal on fresh vegetables. It means that that particular item is certified Organic to Thailand Organic Standards.
This seal means that this particular item is certified organic to Global IFOAM Organic Standards.
Anything that claims it is organic and doesn’t display any of these certification seals or any of the Internationally recognised organic certifications on their products is not certified organic.

Raitong Organics Farm
Raitong Organics Farm is located in the Sisaket province, NE Thailand, and Bangkok. Raitong Organics Farm is certified organic (EU and Canadian), Organic ACT and IFOAM accredited, and the other farms they work with, range from being certified organic (mostly Organic Thailand) to farms that are not yet certified but are growing fruit and vegetables organically. This small social enterprise has also helped form the Sisaket Organic Farmers Network (currently based in Baan Hang Wao). They also sell their products on Lazada.

Under the brand of “Rai Pluk Ruk“, their products are displayed in over 20 branches of Bangkok’s five major supermarkets. Their organic produce is also served at their very own restaurant in Bangkok, the famous Anotai.
AP Orchard

They have a booth at most organic fairs and you can order online via their website. Try their mangosteen juice, its thick but lovely!
Bangkok Permaculture
Bangkok Permaculture is a small certified organic farm, Organic ACT and IFOAM accredited. Their certified produce are organic mangosteens, organic santol and organic langsat. Their farm is located in Trat.
Sampran Riverside Organic Farm
Sampran Riverside (formerly known as Rose Garden) has a certified organic farm, Organic ACT and IFOAM accredited, on the grounds of their hotel, located near the Ta-Chine River in a peaceful part of Bangkok’s neighbouring province of Nakhon Pathom. They serve beautiful organic fruits and vegetables at their 4 restaurants. They grow a variety of fresh herbs, coconut, vegetables and spices. You can even take a tour of their organic farm. They also have a weekend farmer’s market called ‘Talad Sukjai’. You can buy some of their fresh produce here as well as that of other local organic farmers.
Rim Ping Organic Farm
Rim Ping Organic Farm is located in Chiang Mai, in one of the best agricultural areas in Thailand, stretching over a mile along the source of Ping River. Their organic vegetables are reasonably priced because, their motto is, being healthy should not cost more! They are also active in educating and encouraging local farmers to move towards organic growing. You can order online and they will deliver straight to your door. Their Bangkok office is located in Soi 31 Sukhumvit.
Pun Pun Organic Farm
Pun Pun Organic Farm is a certified organic farm, Organic ACT and IFOAM accredited farm, seed-saving operation, and sustainable living and learning center. They are often at large green fairs. They have a great range of salad dressings, thai sauces, thai pastes and rice vinegar too!

Lemon Farm
Lemon Farm stores are in many convenient locations. They carry a lot of natural products but also have a many organic products. They have a lemon farm vegetable selection that are PGS organic. Some branches carry sustainable meat and seafood. My favourite branches are in Thonglor and Langsuan. They carry the largest ranges. Lemon farm also does Home Delivery ordering via their official line account.

Make sure you look for the certified organic seal shown at the top of this post, as there will be a lot of products that claim to be organic but in fact are not. And their organic products are usually scattered unlike specialty shops listed above. A rating has been given to indicate the comparative range of certified organic products the shop carries.
